One Happy Camper! :)

I am a Pine View High School Graduate officially as of today! :D And boy does it feel GOOOOD!!! :)
I have grown so much over this pas year. At the beginning of the year, I was dreading graduation. I was scared to go to college, and nervous to leave the shelter of my parents. I was nervous for hard college classes and sad that I was parting from my friends. But today, I didn't even shed one tear! I am SO excited to get this next chapter of my life started! I am ready for a new adventure. I am ready to make new friends! I will always have these amazing friends that I have right now and I will miss them dearly, but in a way it is a good thing we are parting ways, so when we do get back together we will have a lot of stories to tell!! :) I am so excited to make new friends at college and I am excited to have roomates! :)
Shayna & Me! :) Best Friends :)
My Family :) Since Danny wasn't able to make it, we got him in the picture by his picture that's hanging up on the wall in our house..haha
Some of my Medals :)
I have grown up a lot this past year. I am ready to take on the challenges in this next adventure. :)

Graduation is Coming!

I never thought this time would come for me! Holy cow, it has been so exciting and crazy.
Today was my official last day as a Laurel. I got released formally from my position as Laurel's President. It made me cry. I don't know why, but I get emotional really quickly. Being Laurel's President made me see things that I normally hadn't seen while in Young Women's. I love ALL of the girls that are in Young Women's. I have seen the impact I have made in their lives as well as the impact they all have made in mine. I will miss them dearly when I leave for college. Being able to serve as Laurels President was a privilege for me and a great calling that I will miss. I will miss being in Young Womens but also I can't wait for relief society at college! haha man I'm getting OLD! ;)
Tonight we had our Seminary Graduation. It was so amazing to see the turn-out we had off all the students graduating from seminary from both Pine View and Desert Hills. Even though during school, we are rivals with DH, when it comes to church activities and seminary, it is cool to see us bond and see the "rivalry spirit" disappear as we all become brothers and sisters. :)
Wednesday I have my High School Graduation! Oh boy oh boy am I excited!! :D
My high school career will officially be over in less than a week! It sure has been a thrilling ride. Exciting and fun things have happened, and hard and disappointing things have happened as well. I recently was awarded a ton of awards which was really cool!! :) I have worked my butt off and so I'm glad to see some of my hard work paying off with these awards. I'm still working on the scholarships to pay for BYU.
I am SO excited to go to BYU! BYU, whenever I am up there, it just feels like home to me. I love it! :) And I am so excited to have roomates!!! :D
I will miss all my friends that I have made throughout my high school years. But I'm sure we will keep in touch through facebook if nothing else. haha :) I love my friends, and I am excited to make more new friends at college! :)
I'm not super excited for the challenges and trials that I will soon be facing, living on my own and going to college, but I know one thing. I believe in Christ. Come what may.
